Large vintage late 70’s Hopi silver overlay ring! Not sure what the design symbol represents, but would say it has something to do with water or water serpent? Anyway, very good detail with a standard textured oxidized base.

The large ring face measures 2” by 1/2” across and weighs 8.5 grams. It’s a size 5 1/2 and has the feather hallmark of Jacob Poleviyouma Jr. Hopi silversmith books states he began producing in 1976 and died in 1986. It also shows the Sunface of the Hopicrafts Guild.
