Beautiful early 1900's vintage silver and gold horseshoe brooch/pin! The horseshoe has a sheet of 14K gold on the front with a gold wash on the back side. The artist has added four (4) silver beads and four (4) faux turquoise beads evenly spaced across the horseshoe. The artist has continued decorating by adding decorative stampwork between the beads and on both tips. They finished by attaching an old "C" type clasp pin on the back.

The pin measures approximately 1 1/8" by 1 1/16" across and weighs 3.1 grams. It is unsigned and non-native made. We were told the pin is at least 14K gold across the front, but the time period it was made warrants for 18K gold or higher. We guaranteed the horseshoe being Sterling Silver and at least 14K gold with 10K gold wash on the back. Very nice vintage brooch from yesteryear!  $89.95
