Beautiful extra large and long vintage 30's - 40's Navajo shell heshi and silver beads necklace! The necklace displays hundreds of thin cut shell heshi beads with three (3) large silver seamed beads, two (2) large pipe stone beads, and two (2) large hand made silver cones. All strung on two (2) cotton twine ropes with hand made hook-n-eye clasps that are soldered to the silver cones (not tied on the string or wire like you see in todays necklaces). The shell heshi beads run from 9-10mm diameter up to 12mm across the middle with the silver beads measuring 12-13mm and the pipe stone beads being 10mm diameter.

The necklace measures a whopping 38" end to end with a wearable length of 18 3/4" long. It weighs a hefty 179.3 grams (6.33 ounces) and is unsigned.
