Older vintage 40’s-50’s Navajo petrified wood sunrise decorated bracelet. The silversmith has used an oval cut and polished piece of petrified wood set into a smooth silver bezel. Applying repeat crescent moon and sunrise around the outer rim. The artist has mounted to solid petrified wood stone to a stout split shank cuff attaching detailed sunrise chevrons to both sides of the stone. The artist has stamped a textured track down the center of the cuff that runs from each end up to the split, detailed between two (2) silver drops added on both sides of the cuff.

The bracelet is very stout and solid measuring 1 1/2” tapering down to 1/4” wide at both ends. It holds an inner circumference of 5 3/8” plus a 1 1/8” opening. It fits a 6 3/8” to 6 1/2” wrist as is. It’s a very solid cuff and we don’t recommend adjustments. It either fits or it doesn’t. The bracelet weighs 33 grams (1.164 oz or 1.061 ozt) and guaranteed sterling silver. The cuff shows an even black patina which we have left for the future owner to decide whether to clean or not. Great example of vintage native primitive craftsmanship! $677.95
