Nice Navajo fourteen (14) piece decorative stamped Thunderbird symbols and butterfly concho link belt. Each concho displays what appears to me as a fly or butterfly with an oval center and large teardrop shaped wings. To the top and bottom of the center oval seems to be legs with the four (4) areas showing motion by the repeating crescent stamping. The wings display stamped Thunderbird symbols with smaller “v” repeating along the outer area of the teardrop wings. Each butterfly - Thunderbird concho is connected to the next one with an oval shaped link that sports “bird track” stamping. The butterfly concho buckle has a clip attached to complete the belt.

The complete link belt measures 30” long end to end with each butterfly concho measuring 1 1/4” across by 3/4” tall. The connecting links each measure 5/8” across by 7/16” tall. The complete belt weighs 54.5 grams (1.92 oz or 1.75 ozt) and is stamped STERLING. The belt will fit up to a 29”-30” waist or smaller where the clip can be attached to any of the links and let the access hang freely.
