Beautiful ladies Navajo silver and gold storyteller watchcuff. The artist has created a sterling silver cuff cutting out an oval area in the center for the watch to show and adding decorative stampwork on both sides. The artist then overlays a gold storyteller set onto a textured silver base. The storyteller consists of two (2) sections which are mounted to either side of the watch. One side displays what appears to be a blanket loom with woman and a work bench with chair and finally a hogan (home). The opposite side displays a wagon, a water barrel and water bucket with a man getting water, and behind the man is an axe in a chopping block ending with a stack of chopped firewood. Both sections are framed with a gold frame. The watchcuff has an oval black faced Ltd. quartz in goldtone case with goldtone highlights and goldtone hands. It has a new battery and is keeping perfect time.

The watchcuff measures 1" wide with an inner circumference of 5 3/4" plus a 1" opening. It fits a 6 5/8" to 6 3/4" wrist as is and could be slightly opened out to fit a 6 7/8" to 7" wrist. The watchcuff with watch weighs 49 grams (1.73 oz or 1.58 ozt) and is hallmarked STERLING - LN by the artist. I believe the gold metal is jeweler's red brass, but may be 12KGF?
