We recently picked up this old vintage Zuni turquoise snake eye decorated watchcuff made by Jason and Pearl Ukestine. Most likely made in late 70’s early 80’s. They mounted a row of ten (10) turquoise snake eye stone on both sides of the watch in the center of the cuff with twisted wire flanking the stones. Each snake eye is set into serrated bezels and I noticed on the very ends under the stack of stones one has a smooth wire with the other side displaying a hammered flat twisted wire. They have decorated the outer rims with repeating sunrise, full moon, and plant symbols. The watch guards display plant symbols, leaves, and full moon/sun symbols. The cuff comes with a SEIKO day and date automatic watch which looks brand new! No scratches on lens. It does run, but you constantly have to wear it because motion is how the watch works.

The cuff measures 9/16” wide with an inner circumference of 5 1/4” plus a 1 1/8” opening. It fits a 6 1/4” to 6 3/8” wrist as is and can be easily adjusted to fit between a 6 1/8” to 6 1/2” wrist. It weighs 43.7 grams (1.54 oz or 1.405 ozt) which includes the watch and cuff. It’s marked STERLING - JP combined by the Ukestines. $272.95
