Nicely decorated Navajo oblong reddish-orange spiny oyster decorative stamped ring. The silversmith has set an oblong oval cut and polished spiny oyster shell into a smooth silver bezel and wrapped the shell with half round wire. She decorates by applying a deep stamped/cut decorative tribal design into the half round wire that continues completely through the base of the setting. The artist finishes each ring by attaching a split shank half round wire band.
