She’s used a charming mix of miscellaneous turquoise disc beads paired with red lip shell heishi beads, all artfully strung on three (3) delicate strands. The strands are brought together at each end with a fluted cone topped by a fluted round bead, and the piece is finished with a sturdy hook-and-eye clasp for secure wear. The red lip heishi is mostly creamy white with a gentle tinge of pink, while the turquoise discs span a lovely spectrum — dark green, light green, soft sky blue, and bold blue — featuring matrix tones of light brown, brown, reddish brown, and black. Up close, the necklace reveals a very colorful, eye-catching array of hues and natural character.
