For each earring the silversmith uses a radiant blue oval cut and polished turquoise stone from the Kingman Mine setting it into a deep saw tooth bezel. He mounts the stone to a blackened silver base and encircles the outer rim with double stacked wire. He applies decorative stamping to both sides and finishes by attaching the ear stud towards the end of the setting.
