Heavy vintage Navajo sandcast with turquoise and coral belt buckle. The silversmith has first created a heavy sandcast formation and then attaches a silver plate to the back side of the sandcast. The artist continues by adding a total of eight (8) pieces of coral and four (4) turquoise nuggets in two piece sections. Each set into sawtooth bezels with each two stone section displaying double silver drops between the two stones along with a single silver drop in front of the stone towards the center of buckle. The artist finishes by attaching a swivel style belt keeper and stud setting on the back side.

The heavy belt buckle measures 2 1/2” tall by 3 1/2” across weighing 123.7 grams (4.363 oz or 3.977 ozt). The belt keeper will accommodate up to a 1 3/8” wide belt.
