NEW! Extra large and heavy Navajo spiny oyster necklace with cross pendant by Everett and Mary Teller. Mary has strung the necklace using graduating orange/red spiny oyster discs along with turquoise discs and fluted silver saucer/pillow beads. All strung on nylon coated beading wire with custom made hook-n-eye clasp. Everett has created the extra large cross pendant using five (5) large teardrop spiny oyster shells. Each teardrop is set into a smooth bezel. He lines the outer rim with custom double dot - dash - double dot wire along with intermediate sun buttons that are placed to appear like two (2) sun buttons separate each teardrop from the next. Continuing with stamped symbols on back of crossed arrows, horny toads, salamanders, buffaloes, spirit bears, cactus, buffalo skulls, crosses, eagle feathers, birds, stars, rain clouds, howling coyotes, and fish. Finishing the extra large pendant with a large decorative stamped silver bale.

The cross pendant measures 3 3/4” by 2 1/2” across. Including the bale it stands 4 3/4” tall. The necklace measures 26” long end to end with a wearable length of 17” measured from clasp straight down to bottom of the cross pendant. It has two (2) 6mm fluted round beads, two (2) 14mm x 8mm fluted melon beads, two (2) 8mm fluted pillow beads, twelve (12) 6mm fluted pillow beads, two (2) each 12mm, 13mm, 15mm fluted pillow beads, twelve (12) 6mm turquoise disc beads, and numerous graduating spiny oyster disc beads ranging from 8mm up to 13mm.
