Large men’s vintage Zuni turquoise and coral Zuni Sio Shalako Horned Kachina cuff bracelet. The large wide cuff displays a three dimensional Sio Shalako horned kachina in center. The silversmith continues to decorate by adding double silver leaves capped with a flower bloom along with a row of three (3) cut and polished high quality turquoise nuggets and a single piece of branch coral to both sides of the kachina. The artist still adds more decoration which includes a piece of coral to the loincloth and both ends with a large silver leaf filling any other voids with large silver drops and coiled scrolls. All mounted to a scorched blackened silver base. They run twisted wire and decorative stamped smooth wire down both outer edges and across the end caps.

The large heavy bracelet measures 2 1/8” wide tapering down to 1” wide at both ends. It holds an inner circumference of 6” plus a 1 3/8” opening and will fit a 7 1/4” to 7 3/8” wrist as is. It can be slightly and carefully adjusted out another 1/4” to fit up to 7 5/8” wrist. The bracelet weighs a healthy 95.8 grams (3.38 oz or 3.08 ozt) and is hallmarked CPH - Double end scroll - STERLING by Zuni husband and wife Charlie (b.1934-2011) and Pauline (b.1931-2004) Hannaweeke(Hannaweeka).
