Beautiful colorful Jemez crafted seed pot. The artist has created a completely enclosed vase with only a single small hole offset on the top. She has added a single boy climbing up one side of the vase and has painted geometrical tribal designs around the completely vase. This is known as a seed pot. The women would store seeds inside the vase which would protect the seeds from wind and being blown away.
