Beautiful vintage Navajo petrified wood decorative stamped bracelet. The silversmith has used a magnificent egg shaped cut and highly polished piece of petrified wood setting it into a smooth silver bezel. The artist wraps the stone with twisted wire and encircles approximately 75% of the stone with a repeating silver drop/crescent moon wire design. The artist mounts the stone to a double slit silver cuff and attaches large silver drops to each section of the slit silver just outside of the stone setting. The artist rounds off both ends of the cuff and applies decorative stampwork up both sides then picks up with stamped arrows on each of the slit strips.

The bracelet measures 1 3/4” wide at the stone narrowing to 1/2” on the ends. It holds an inner circumference of 5 1/2” plus a 1” opening. It fits a 6 3/8” to 6 1/2” wrist as is and can be slightly adjusted to fit between 6 3/8” to 6 3/4” wrist. The bracelet weighs 41.9 grams (1.48 oz or 1.35 ozt) and is unsigned sterling silver.
