Stout vintage 60’s-70’s Navajo petrified wood decorated bracelet. The silversmith has used a beautiful large cut and polished piece of petrified wood setting it into a smooth silver bezel and wrapping it with twisted wire. The artist mounts the petrified wood setting to a three piece wire cuff consisting of two triangular thick gauge wires with a single twisted wire running through the middle. The artist hammers the triangular wires flat to mount the setting and solders all three cuff wires together at both ends with a silver cap. The artist finishes by attaching a strip displaying three repousse’ stamped suns on each side of the stone.

The bracelet measures 1 3/4” wide at the stone narrowing to 1/2” wide on each end. It holds an inner circumference of 5” plus a 1 1/8” opening. The bracelet fits a 5 7/8” to 6” petite wrist as is and can be slightly adjusted to fit between a 5 3/4” to 6 1/4” wrist if desired.
