Large turquoise slab decorated Elk Bust with actual Elk Ivories end tips. Here’s one for the hunter! The silversmith has used a large turquoise slab from what appears to be from the old Godber Mine. Deep blue with dark brown to black matrix set into a scallop cut bezel wrapped with twisted wire. The sterling end tips display actual Elk Molars known as a “Elk Ivory” since the molars are really ivory. Attached to a wide 4-ply braided leather cord using a thumb locking bolo clasp.

The bolo setting measures 2 1/2” by 2” across with the 4-ply cord measuring 40” long end to end which includes the 2 3/4” long sterling Elk Ivories. It weighs 73.5 grams (2.59 oz or 2.36 ozt) and is stamped STERLING on the setting and the end tips. Great bolo tie for the hunter of the family! $428.95
