NEW! Beautiful Navajo nine (9) strand Lone Mountain turquoise and oyster shell heishi beaded necklace by Everett and Mary Teller. Mary has used medium and small polished round and oval turquoise nuggets from the Lone Mountain Mine along with oyster shell heishi beads to string nine (9) strands. Connecting all nine (9) strands together into large custom made barrel connectors to finish the necklace. Using a repeating layout of a medium nugget and small nugget separated by 1/2” of oyster shell heishi. The layout pattern repeats numerous times throughout the creation of each strand. The strands come together inside the handmade barrel connector/clasp that consists not only the barrel, but also two (2) solid silver beads and silver wire which lead to the handmade decorative stamped shepherd’s hooks. Both barrels have repeating mountain sunrise stampwork along with the Teller’s hallmark.

The necklace measures 21” long end to end with a wearable length of 10 1/4” to 10 1/2” long measured from clasp down one side to were the strands turn back upwards. Some of the strands are slightly longer than other so as to not hang the exact same length. The necklace weighs 98.1 grams (3.46 oz) and is hallmarked on the handmade barrels EMT inside a Fish - STERLING by the Tellers.
