Beautiful vintage 50's-60's Navajo six (6) piece turquoise channel inlay ladies watchcuff with watch. The silversmith has created a rather unique ladies watchcuff. Using two (2) separate pieces for the cuff and fusing them together with a hinge type construction. The unique construction also allows the watch to set recessed into the cuff instead of riding on top of the cuff like most other watchcuffs. Each side of the watchcuff sports a row of three (3) square cut and polished turquoise stones that graduate in size and are set into a smooth silver channel inlay setting. The artist used five (5) pieces of smooth silver overlaid down each cuff side and applied repeat stampwork on two (2) of the five (5) pieces. The watch is an old Towncraft 17Jewel manual wind watch. It has a crack in the lens across the bottom and the watch does run.

The watchcuff measures 3/4" wide narrowing to 9/16" wide at the ends. It has an inner circumference of 5 1/8" plus a 1 1/4" opening. It fits a 6 1/4" to 6 3/8" wrist as is and could be slightly and carefully adjusted to fit between a 6 1/8" to 6 1/2" wrist. The watchcuff with watch weighs 39 grams (1.38 oz or 1.25 ozt) and is hallmarked CK by noted Navajo silversmith/actor Chee Keams (1922-2006). We did have to have the cuff repaired and now is ready for many more years of wear. Very nice vintage Navajo collectible watchcuff!  $369.95
