I received two rings that I ordered before Thanksgiving [ a Vintage Zuni Turq Flowers ring and a Vintage Zuni Quail ring], and I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with them both. I have been looking for a Zuni inlay ring to match a bracelet that I have of my grandmother's, and the flowers ring is perfect. Actually, I have been looking for something like this for quite a long time and have been having a difficult time finding something of this quality. I recently purchased a bracelet from you and wanted to write to tell you how very pleased I am with the whole process. ( Item # 186R - XLG 3 Stone Turquoise Bracelet by Boy)
I wrote you and asked you about the authenticity of the piece and your return/refund policy and you replied quickly. Based on that reply I took what I considered a chance and ordered the bracelet thinking that because it was a large piece it wouldn't last long. I have looked for a long time for a bracelet as nice as this that would fit me. You shipped that day and I received the package the next Saturday (three days). It was well packaged and the quality of the piece was better than I expected. Ordering jewelery over the Internet is risky at best and turquoise (as I'm sure you know all too well) is one of those stones that comes in dozens of grades and qualities. This piece is beautiful and well made. Your photos on the web were an excellent representation of the piece and giving a size comparison with a smaller bracelet was terrific.
I think maybe I am gushing here but all too often I find that when a buyer gets burned they scream and holler but when they get what they pay for or better than what they expected they never say a word. If more of us who get treated well told the sellers and our friends about the excellent service and products like yours maybe we would get better treatment from the seller who treated us badly. Thank you seems insufficient but its all I have. I will tell others about your site and I will be ordering again.
