Item # 531X - Navajo Turquoise Ant Pendant
NEW! Beautiful Navajo turquoise ant pendant! The pendant consists of a somewhat teardrop cut and polished blue-green turquoise stone set in a saw tooth bezel. The artist uses the stone as part of the body and a flat silver button as the rest of the body. The silversmith uses a silver hogan button as the head along with two (2) silver beads as eyes. He applies four (4) silver wires across the under side and forms them into eight (8) legs. He finishes the ant pendant using a silver wire ring as both the ants pincher and bale. The unique ant pendant measures approximately 1" by 3/4" across and they weigh 2.2 to 2.3 grams each. They are unsigned sterling silver. We have three (3) in stock.
