Beautiful extra large vintage Navajo spotted turquoise ring! Made with an extra large polished spotted turquoise stone. The previous owner stated it was from the Irma Bailey Mine and it does look like it could be associated with the "New Landers" turquoise family. The large stone is set in a smooth bezel and wrapped with twisted rope. The silversmith has mounted the stone setting to a thick solid split shank band. The ring face measures approximately 1 3/8" by 1 1/4" and weighs 19.4 grams. It's a Size 12 1/2 and is signed FG by the silversmith. It possibly stands for Frank Guerro. Guaranteed sterling silver.
