Item # 344X - Vintage Navajo Turquoise Coral Bear Claw Bolo
Beautiful vintage Navajo turquoise coral bear claw bolo. Made with a real bear claw along with a piece of branch coral and a protruding turquoise nugget with webbed dark brown matrix. Both stones are set in fine cut saw toothed bezels and the claw is mounted in a decorative stamped scallop edge silver holder. The silversmith finishes the pendant with beaded scrolls and wrapping the outer rim with three sided carinated wire. All mounted to a blackened silver base. The bolo pendant is attached to the black braided leather cord with a BENNETT PAT. PEND. thumb locking clasp. The pendant measures 2" tall by 1 7/8" across narrowing down to 1 1/8" across the bottom. The cord measures 37" long which includes the 2 1/8" sterling silver end tips. The bolo weighs 46.1 grams (1.63 ounces) and is unsigned sterling silver. $129.95
