Item # 343R - Vintage 30's-40's Navajo Agate Bracelet

Beautiful solid vintage 30's-40's Navajo agate bracelet. The stone could be a piece of petrified wood whereas it seems to have a high rating for hardness? Solid construction made with an oval shaped agate with orange, yellow, olive green, and bone white colors. Set in a smooth bezel and wrapped with twisted rope. Mounted to a three piece round wire cuff which has been soldered at both ends and capped with a piece of sheet silver. The silversmith finishes the bracelet with four silver drops (two on each side of stone) along with unique stamped chevrons also on each side of stone. The bracelet measures approximately 1 1/2" wide with an inner circumference of 5 1/4" and a 1 1/4" opening. It fits a 6 1/4" to 6 1/2" wrist as is and although solid could be professionally adjusted slightly by a jeweler. The solid bracelet weighs 31.1 grams (1.10 ounces) and is unsigned. Guaranteed sterling silver. The bracelet is in great shape with only signs of wear being around the stone where it show signs of typical bezel maintenance of tightening the stone. $139.95
