Item # 331X - Vintage Navajo 12 pc Sugalite Square Concho Belt
Beautiful vintage Navajo sugalite concho belt. Made with twelve (12) rectangular shaped conchos which includes the buckle. Each piece has been hammered into a dome shape with an oblong hand cut purple sugalite stone set in a fine cut saw toothed bezel and mounted in the center of the concho. Multiple and identical stampwork on each concho and buckle. Each concho measures 2 9/16" by 2 1/16" and are attached to a 1 1/4" wide black leather belt with double copper clips. The buckle has a solid belt hoop which has been attached to the belt. The belt measures 50" long and has four buckle holes randomly punched. It weighs 12 ounces and is unsigned. The belt and conchos are in great shape and shows very little wear. We were told the belt is from the 60's, but cannot verify for sure. I don't believe it's any newer than 70's. $339.95
