Item # 315B - 11 Pc. Vintage Navajo Concho Belt by Wilbert Secatero
Beautiful Navajo creative wearable art! Very traditional vintage Navajo concho belt with ten (10) oval conchos and a squared of buckle. Each piece has similar design stamped with a repousse diamond eye in center. The buckle measures 2 1/4" by 1 7/8" and each concho measures 2 1/4" by 1 3/4". Attached to a 1" wide black leather belt with double copper clips. The belt measures 37 1/2" long with nine (9) buckle holes starting at 29" to 34" down. It weighs 10 ounces and is stamped with an elaborate hallmark of an Indian with a mountain range background, what appears to be the number 1,000,000 in a smoke cloud coming from the Indians pipe. The words WILBERT SECATERO - STERLING - NAVAJO on the buckle's backside. This must be a commemorative belt whereas Mr. Secatero normally has used just WS as his mark. The belt show a nice even patina which we will leave to customer to clean or not. $1099.95
