Item # 295X - Vintage Turquoise Flower Concho Belt Hatband
Very nice turquoise concho belt hatband! Made with nine (9) concho's which includes the buckle, each with a single turquoise nugget and brown matrix. The stones are set in hand cut saw toothed bezels and encircled with snake jaw stampwork on a scalloped edge concho. Simulating a flower, they are attached to a thick heavy black leather belt with copper holders. The buckle has a long stem that hooks into the belt holes and continues into the hat to secure it to the hat. The first picture shows most of the length except about the last 7" of the belt isn't in the picture. Each concho measures approximately 1 5/8" by 1 1/4" with the belt measuring over 26" long and 5/8" wide. Unsigned sterling silver. Estimating 50's to 70's era. $124.95
