Beautiful unused Hopi silver overlay buckle. Made with precise cut work set on an etched blackened base and framed around the outer edge. The buckle measures 3" by 2" and weighs 50.3 grams (1.77 ounces). It will accommodate a belt up to 1 1/2" wide and is stamped STERLING by the artist. Evidently this buckle was purchased as a 1st Place award for a members only guests golf invitational and was inscribed 1st PLACE - TUCSON C.C. 1993 - 45th INVITATIONAL - MEMBER - GUEST.
