WOW! Bold, large, and heavy Navajo fluted bead turquoise squashblossom necklace. Made with fifty six (56) super large 13mm by 10mm heavy fluted silver beads, fourteen (14) large fluted trefold beads, and a large 3 3/4" by 3" triple turquoise sandcast open hands naja. Each trefold bead has stampwork on or above each "blossom" or three stampings per bead. The heavy sandcast naja has a turquoise stone at top set in a smooth bezel and wrapped with twisted rope along with a smooth bezel set stone above both hands. The necklace measures 27" long end to end with a wearable length of 17". The heavy necklace weighs 236.7 grams (8.35 ounces) and is strung on heavy foxtail chain with a hook-n-eye clasp. The artist has stamped the naja Sterling - E. HALE. Very nice and well made piece of wearable art! $1288.95
