Item # 273W - Vintage Heavy Double Turquoise Leaf Etched Ring Sz 9 1/4
Heavy vintage 50's Navajo turquoise ring. Made with two turquoise nuggets with dark brown matrix and set in smooth bezels. The silversmith also added two leaves, two silver beads, and pieces of smooth wire to complete the face decoration. One end of the ring face is also wrapped with smooth wire. etched double X's with a line in center finishes the decoration on the sides. As you can see in the picture the cast ring is thick even in the band as it weighs 22.8 grams. The face measures 1" by 5/8" and is a size 9 1/4. There are two lines inside the band that may be a hallmark and although it's not stamped, it's sterling grade silver. $73.95
