Wide Large "Sweat Lodge" Storyteller Cuff by Becenti





Nice wide and large Becenti storyteller cuff! This particular cuff tells of the preparation for a Sweat Lodge Ceremony. With plateau's in the background on both ends along with clumps of grass and cactus. The story shows one man chopping wood, another loads the wood onto the fire, and still another man loads the sweat lodge with steaming hot stones. On the other side of the cuff it shows two more men coming to participate in the ceremony. To finish out the cuff the artist has added clouds and a large shade tree with the sweat lodge under it. All characters are overlaid on a textured base plate. The cuff measures 1" wide with an inner circumference of 6" and a 1 3/8" opening. It will fit a 7 1/4" wrist comfortably and could be adjusted in or out 3/8" to fit. It weighs 51.9 grams (1.83 ounces) and is stamped with the copyrighted family hallmark B-C-T - STERLING. The C is actually a cent mark. The Becenti family is world known for their storyteller jewelry. This particular piece carries the mark of Floyd Becenti.  $198.95
