Vintage Zuni Sunface Goddess Watchband
Beautiful vintage Zuni Sunface Goddess ladies watchband. Made with a dome shaped stone-to-stone inlay of a sunface set in a hand cut saw toothed bezel and wrapped with twisted rope. A row of five small natural turquoise pettipoint stones across the top and also set in saw toothed bezels create the crown or headdress and a J shaped wire on each side for earrings. To finish the Goddess a row of silver beads to create the necklace. The watch tips each measure 1 1/8" by 3/4" and the complete watchband weighs 12 grams. I believe they were made possibly in the 40's-50's era. We have attached a new adjustable stretchband to the watch tips so once you add a watch you can adjust to your wrist size. There is a small chip in the mother of pearl (2nd picture at top), but it doesn't take away from the beauty of the vintage watch tip. Unmarked sterling silver. $112.95
