Super large turquoise and mother of pearl safety pin! You just don't see these much anymore. In the 70's they were very popular and like this one, was used as a keychain. This safety pin is fully functional although the tip of the pin has been filed so it's not sharp. With a piece of silver wire between the nice turquoise slab and the mother of pearl slab on the head.
