Rare Vintage Knifewing Salt & Pepper Shakers
These are the neatest little things! Rare collector's copper knifewing salt and pepper shakers. The knifewing gods are overlaid as is the band around the edge onto a textured black enamel dome which has been seamed to another round dome. Then that piece has been seamed to stamped domed button. A hole has been applied and a cork added to fill the shakers. They each measure 1 1/4" in diameter and are 3/4" tall. Solid copper and they are very heavy for their size with each one weighing 14.2 grams and never used. I would place them pre-50's, but not sure. I've never seen any like these. $69.95
