3-D Wood "End of the Trail" Plaque

This plaque reminiscing the symbol of the "Trail of Tears" or sometimes called "End of the Trail" symbolizing the forced removal of tribes to the Oklahoma Territory in the 1830's. The talented artist has stained a large thick wood plaque and cut out the designs from thin plywood. By using spacers behind the pieces he/she has been able to give a three dimensional appearance. Each line is cut into the wood and not burned. It's really a remarkable piece of art! The plaque measures 13" by 11" by 1" thick. The horse and rider are spaced out another 1/2" off the plaque. It has a hanger on the back for wall display. No noticable signs of hallmarks or signatures. Click Here to read about the forced removal$36.95
