Really nice black onyx concho belt! Sorry for the bad pictures, but the
conchos are so shiny that it reflects the flash back at the camera.
This concho belt is fairly simple and not so big and flashy like some.
It consists of nine (9) conchos that each measure 1 1/4" by 1 9/16" and the buckle that measures 1 1/2" by 1 7/8" for a total of ten (10)
conchos. The black leather belt is 5/8" wide and 40" long including the
buckle. It already has five holes that start at 29" and goes to 33"
with room to add more holes. This belt can easily be worn with jeans or
other pants with belt loops whereas the conchos will fit through most
belt loops. The whole belt weighs 6.97 ounces or 197.5 grams. Each
concho has an oval dome shaped black onyx cabochon set in a serrated
bezel and can be adjusted to your preference. The buckle is somewhat
unique whereas it has a white matrix line that runs through it. There
is a snap that holds the buckle on so you can wear as is or change the
buckle to your favorite for a different appearance. Stamped sterling
with the initials M G by the artisan, possibly Hopi silversmith Manual
Gashwazra (Hallmarks of the Southwest p.69). $224.95
