Squashblossom Necklace
Very nice older, possibly vintage squash necklace with turquoise. Made with forty eight (48) hand made silver 7-8mm seamed beads, fourteen (14) 4-5mm seamed beads, six (6) silver trefold beads, eight (8) 1/2" to 5/8" long turquoise nuggets, and an open hands sandcast naja. Each trefold bead measures 1 1/4" long and the naja measures 2 1/8" by 2 3/8" across. The naja also has a fleur-de-lis in the center. The necklace measures 19 1/4" long end to end with a wearable length of 11 1/4". It's strung on nylon coated wire and has a hook-n-eye clasp. I don't know if it was meant to happen, but where the nylon wire sticks out of the hook crimp creates a sort of safety latch (see picture). The necklace weighs 64.3 grams (2.27 ounces) and is unsigned sterling silver. $164.95 SOLD THANK YOU! Please check out our other selections!
