Bio: L. Henry (Jones) was born in Ferriday, Louisiana, finished high school in Cleveland, Mississippi and attended the University of Auburn in Alabama. After a four-year hitch in the Navy he graduated from the University of New Mexico, and spent a few years in the commercial art field before he set up shop in 1971 as a full-time portrait artist. Since that time he has completed over 20,000 portrait commissions in addition to many depictions of the Southwest. He works from "live" sittings, but a good portion of his work is done from photos. His favorite medium is pastel. His artist wife, Jovenia, and he have three grown children and live in Albuquerque where they maintain a studio in their home.  $64.95
